COVID-19 Updates

All shows originally scheduled to take place in 2020 were either 1) postponed and have a new date, or were 2) canceled and ticket holders were notified accordingly. Any additional changes regarding rescheduled shows or newly scheduled shows for 2021 will be reflected on this website as information becomes available or is announced.

The venue continues to monitor federal, state and local guidelines daily, and will adapt accordingly. The venue box office and other venue offices were closed for public access effective March 25, 2020. When a new, previously unannounced show goes on sale, the box office is open on the day of the public on-sale to sell tickets for that newly announced show only. All other inquiries outside of newly announced show on-sales should be emailed to Box Office.

We have continued to work toward rescheduling as many postponed concerts as possible and all current dates for all shows are reflected on the 'Events' page of this website. Your originally purchased ticket is valid for a rescheduled date(s) even if your ticket has a different date on it than the rescheduled show date. If a refund is desired, we will begin refunding tickets 30 days from the final, newly rescheduled date. At that time, you may contact your original point of purchase where you bought your tickets for a refund. Thank you for your patience.
