The Brown County Music Center Box Office is currently open for in-person sales via outdoor ticketing windows:
Wednesdays through Fridays 10 am to 5 pm, (on event days, box office will close 30 minutes after headliner begins)
Saturdays through Tuesdays open only event days (3 pm until 30 minutes after headliner begins)
*Hours may differ during inclement weather events and holiday weeks, please check our social media pages for updated hours surrounding holidays and weather.

Tickets can be purchased anytime on our website and at Ticketmaster.com. No refunds or exchanges on all ticket sales and promotions.

No weapons, including knives are allowed into the venue. Our venue has a clear bag policy. If your bag or purse is larger than 6" x 9", you will not be able to bring it into the venue. If you need a larger bag, please bring a clear bag. You can purchase a BCMC clear bag at the box office for $5.00.
